Join our band!
We’re looking for a synth player / keyboardist to join us as a founding member of a new band from the ground up.
The music is heavy, rhythmically complex, prog-minded and deeply synth-driven, shaped as much by electronica, IDM and sound design as by rock. We like odd meters, unusual textures, massive sounds, intricate arrangements and music that gets weird without losing the groove.
We’re not looking for someone who simply plays keyboard parts. We want a real synthesist and creative collaborator – someone who understands synthesis, loves designing sounds, can play, improvise, contribute ideas and help develop the musical language of the band.
Assaf Dar Sagol – Bass
Originally a cellist, with extensive experience as an arranger, orchestrator, producer and composer. He also designs and develops professional software synthesizers and audio effects for Polyverse Music.
Michael Zody – Drums
A rhythmonaut with experience across multiple bands and genres. He brings serious rhythmic range, a sharp ear for space and texture, and an unusual combination of musicality, engineering brain and scientific curiosity.
This is a self-funded artistic project, not a hired-player gig. We’re looking for someone who wants creative ownership and is excited about building something ambitious together from the beginning.
The goal is to develop a genuinely original band, write and arrange together, record, perform live and grow the project seriously.
We’re based in Los Angeles.
If you’re equally excited by synthesis, strange electronic music, heavy riffs, odd meters, sound design and playing in an actual band, we should probably meet.
Join us at the ground floor.
Please send links to your playing, synth work, or anything that shows your musical personality.
